About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to be responsible for one of our international customers, top player in the cosmetic and consumer packaged goods industry.


In this role you will have full accountability for the client in scope, ensuring the achievement of assigned commercial targets in terms of revenues, gross margin and customer satisfaction. When doing so, it will be essential to cooperate with several Coesia companies as well as with several client business units, operating in a matrix organization.


You will be tasked with developing and managing an effective long-term relationship with the client, defining and implementing successful business development strategies, and coordinating all commercial proposals with the goal to greatly enhance existing business results.


The role is part of the Corporate Global Key Account team and it’s based in Paris, Ile-de-France.


Main responsibilities include:



Define and annually update the 5-year strategic plan for the customer in scope aimed at driving business development with all Coesia companies involved
Create and implement the yearly Key Account Planner in order to achieve the defined short and long-term targets
Coordinate all activities pertaining to global key account in scope, and assign roles to various people involved with the customer
Manage and develop the long-term relationship with the assigned account, understanding customer's business and priorities and influencing customer strategy to deploy as many Coesia solutions as possible
Coordinate Coesia resources to present "one face to the customer"
Set pricing and terms & conditions jointly with our Coesia companies, and lead negotiations and agreements definition
Provide input to Coesia companies’ R&D function on product development needs and opportunities 
Define the target service level to meet customer expectations, monitor customer satisfaction and drive actions to constantly raise the bar
Regularly update Coesia leadership team and companies’ management on strategy, plans, activities and results pertaining to the key account in scope.

About you



You have a Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics
You have a meaningful and proven sales leadership experience in structured B2B industrial sectors; you also developed a comprehensive knowledge of the FMCG markets
You are fluent in English and French; speaking other languages would be a plus
You are willing to travel worldwide 40% of working time
You have a strategic mindset and you are results and business oriented
You are comfortable working in a matrix and complex organization
You are self-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
You are supportive and proactive.
