YOUR ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Paris. As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships and ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

We're keen to hear from people who have experience or knowledge in the Premiums/Print industry and client day-to-day management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Management of day to day operations within the client including; receipt and ownership of projects/programmes including development and purchasing of 2D-print materials and Premiums (goodies).
Management and motivation of a first class customer service orientated team providing instore POS material and associated marketing services, co-ordinating the client’s requirements to deliver services, products, and solutions
Liaise with suppliers to deliver contracted service levels, quality standards and committed deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
Work alongside Business Process Coordinator to ensure project management and delivery is in line with business requirements. Support your line manager on implementing account plan to deliver incremental and sustainable profit growth.
In collaboration with your line manager and your team, you share best practice, drive and deliver continuous improvement initiatives which grow and develop service excellence
Build and develop sustainable client partnerships, identifying and managing key decision makers, stakeholders and influencers.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

To be successful in this role you should have:
Services management experience in a busy corporate environment
2/3 years’ experience on Printed materials, Premiums (Goodies).
Appetence and curiosity for Marketing and in-store brand activation tools such as POSM.
Good language skills – French & English
Awareness on sustainability & eco-responsibility.
Experience of blue chip compliance environment
Polished professional communication and presentation skills
