We’re hiring for a Key Account Manager.

As Key Account Manager - Platform Seeds, you will flourish in the development of the commercial relationships with large accounts while ensuring the coherence and animation of specific territorial issues within an international group recognized for the quality of its products and innovations.
You Will Be Part of a Growing Team
Your Challenge:
Interaction with account managers, identify, consolidate and analyze the needs of large accounts and market elements
In connection with the company's policy, and on the basis of this consolidation, proposes to management short- and medium-term strategy for each Grand Account under its responsibility
Implement the company's business policy.
For each campaign, co-build marketing plan and business project with the account managers concerned
Daily operational interaction (sales tracking)
Prepares and animates with these account managers the main stages of the campaign (testing, referencing, negotiations and balance sheets, )
Member of the Pioneer seed management team.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
5 to 10 years of experience in buying or selling (negotiating) with large accounts or purchasing centers in the field of Agricultural Supplies
Masters Degree in Agro/Agri specialty or Business School with an up-and-come experience in the field of Agricultural Supplies
Leadership and teamwork spirit
Organizational excellence, operational rigor, respect of internal deadlines and processes
Mastering project management
Capacity for synthesis and formalization
Open-minded and attentive to detail, both internally and externally
Autonomous, results driven and problem solver
