What you’ll do
Represent Cytiva and act as a primary customer point of contact in all allocated accounts
Growing revenue at expected sales margins and achieve annual/quarterly goals. Ensure business visibility through accurate and timely forecasting of order and sales
Building and developing relationships, maximize business opportunities in Big Pharma and Biopharmaceutical companies for all Cytiva products and services
Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization
Develop and execute strategic plans for selected accounts in alignment with the regional and global teams
Working with all team members from other departments including modality, application, service, indirect sales channel, finance, logistics, marketing and management etc. to ensure customer needs are met and Cytiva’s goal is achieved.
Who you are
University level degree (Master or PhD) in protein sciences or related discipline
Advanced background of Life Sciences Market, good understanding in Upstream and downstream processes and related Consumables. Ideally a long term record in working with Big Pharma and the Biotec sector in France
Being customer focused and understanding business drivers, using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies. Excellence in project management. Desire to grow new business
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills at all levels incl. c-suite experience.
Persistence and tenacity in developing prospects and customers, able to close business, strong presentation-, analytical- and customer service-skills
Ability to prioritize and to work simultaneously on long term and short term projects/cycles
Willingness to travel up to 80 % of work time, driver´s license
French and good English language skills
