We're looking for an Account Executive for EMEA in Paris !
Reporting to the EMEA Head of Sales, you will BE joining a team of 6 Account Executive, located both in New York and Paris and whose sole mission is to bring on new customers. This team has been the engine of DataDome exponential growth in the past years : BE ready to join a rocket !
DataDome's core values include #TeamSpirit and #Passion. You will BE expected to collaborate closely with other teams and show great enthusiasm and energy.
DataDome is a full SaaS solution, with a short Sales Cycle that allows new Account Executives to secure deals within their first 3 months after joining the company.
Your mission :
You will play a key part in sustaining another DataDome core values : #Growth.
To do so, you will BE responsible for generating new MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) by bringing on new enterprise customers.
You will BE more specifically in charge of things like...
#1 Originate and grow a strong and balanced pipeline :
- From your own hunting efforts on targeted accounts.
- From the highly qualified leads delivered by our Growth team.
- From the highly qualified leads delivered by our Partners.
#2 Ensuring high conversion rates for your leads and opportunities
- Make sure the leads and prospects are qualified following DataDome step by step Customer Journey. We use MEDDPIC as a framework to qualify our opportunities.
- Follow the company playbooks and guidelines, as well as established peers' best practices and proactively find new creative solutions.
- Keep detailed track records of your progress and gather all relevant information in the CRM (we use Hubspot)
#3 Carrying out negotiations and closing deals.
- Grow a deep understanding the prospects pain points, expectations and desired ROI (#MEDDPIC)
- Use the Free Trial as an opportunity to dig deeper and demonstrate DataDome added value
- Leverage DataDome offering to reach mutually beneficial agreements
