Details of the role and how it fits into the team


Corporate Cash Management (CCM) provides CAC40 and major large cap companies with global cash management solutions covering treasury efficiencies and digitalization, domestic and cross-border  payments and receivables, integrated FX payments, liquidity and yield management, and new business models. We give advice to senior level corporate representatives (Head of Cash Management, Assistant Treasurers, Treasurers, Head of Payment Opera-tions) with a goal of securing cash management mandates for the bank. While the client base is French corporates, the solutions positioned are focused on both their domestic and international cash management wallet.


Your goal is closing the sale of a specific product or service by providing specialist advice to clients and prospects and supporting the Client Service Teams in resolving specific issues to ensure profitability and continued growth of the products of Deutsche Bank.


Your key responsibilities


Main role and responsibilities including, but not limited to:



Develop new pipeline deals with target clients by promoting and selling cash management solutions and leading client negotiations
Structure solutions that fit client requirements and provide specialist advice to clients on products and solutions
Maintain existing client relationships as product specialist and maintain and increase revenue accordingly by visiting clients, active account management and providing new ideas and solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders both within Cash Management (Product Mgt, Implementation, Services, Operations) & Corporate Banking Coverage as well as the wider bank to ensure client centricity and maximize revenue potential.
Prepare account plans, review revenue developments and monitor financial KPI on client/deal-level, calculate pricing and revenue impact.
Negotiate internally to get all necessary approvals to proceed with the transaction
Support our Product Management responsibilities for locally delivered products eg cheque management, billing, etc to support local revenues and franchise.
Act as a first line of defense: is responsible for monitoring of clients (financial) behavior and (financial) developments
Ensure routine compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory and best practice standards
Maintain up to date awareness of competitor activity, market trends and market knowledge economic/political factors that affect the market and identify specific market opportunities in conjunction with relationship management

Your skills and experience



Requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise of the business, the market and the needs of the target segment
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
Solves complex problems that have a broad impact on the business; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Proactive and structured work in cross-functional, intercultural teams across hierarchies, regions and time zones.
University degree with at least 10 years experience in Cash Management /Treasury Solutions.
Strong selling skills including but not limited to communication skill, presentation and negotiation skill.
Financial analysis skills
Native in French and fluent in English is mandatory
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
