As a « Customer Leader » at DIGITSOLE you will be a key piece of the organisations and work across several different areas btb, btc, international, marketing, sales... The role is a central piece in the growth of DIGITSOLE and needs a person that loves to dig deep and base their decisions on analysis and data. You should recognize yourself as a driven, ambitious, and curious person that always strive for the best while having a strong interest in how to find solutions and drive your projects.

Responsibilities

BtB Coordination and Sales support Run and execute projects within Sales/Ecom/Web/Marketing Responsible for the communication and coordination of how we interact with distributors, and internal and external stakeholders Build the funnels and flows needed for sales and marketing Responsible of keeping the momentum with our distributors/ international Partners Responsible for parts of our communications with B2B customers. Ensure that all our requests and leads are followed up and answered quickly and when qualified pass on to responsible person within sales. Data Quality Excellence Work in our CRM to organize, create automation and flows within both marketing and sales for our customer/distributor contacts. Ensuring the data quality Champion the launch planning process and promote adherence across relevant stakeholders, including the coordination with the Marketing Leaders. Translate data—both internal and external—into dashboard ; build narratives from data to drive a compelling future for commercial excellence supporting the Sales team Supporting and monitoring the KPI (Partners Stock, AUR)
