We are a French start-up bringing together data - digital biomarkers, biomechanical and clinical expertise to improve the well-being of people through their lives. We recruit our B2C Sales Manager, Well-Being & B2C

Digitsole is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Sales manager to lead our well-being & B2C business. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will be responsible for developing the business, meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

Your duties will include

Designing and executing a strategic sales plan Motivating our sales team, Engaging distributors and partners (retail, strategic partners)

You will as well, in cooperation with marketing run our B2C operation. You will design strategic sales plans and assess competition.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills and interest in improving the product.

You will report to the General Manager of Digitsole.


Responsibilities

Key accounts and chain stores

Sales execution for key accounts Negotiate and sustain key partnerships in the retail area Develop key accounts.

Distributors

Select and assess key distributors in the well-being space Set distributor sales goals Ensure training and focus on Digitsole products Ensure distributor management (forecast and execution plan)

Sales team management

Recruit, hire, and train sales team. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Process

Own sales effectiveness process. Process owner for the CRM system (for the B2B models and B2C) Define and execute B2B2C strategy. Inputs marketing for key marketing campaigns (customer needs understanding, messaging, value selling…)

Profile

General

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in sales Strong oral and written communication skills Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas Excellent leadership skills Experience setting sales goals Results-oriented with strong analytical skills Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

Experience

Experience in wellbeing and/or sport ideally Experience in B2B and B2C Experience in the digital field (wearable, IoT) Expert in negotiation Management and expertise in selling and development of key accounts and distributors
