For this role in Nalco Water, in the "heavy" division (clients in the metallurgy field mostly), your first role will be "Application Engineer"
Your missions:
Collaborate closely with your prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend innovation and continuous improvement plans capable of stabilizing and increasing sales.
Develop lasting relationships with key players among current and prospective customers, including plant and facility managers.
Provide technical support to customers, identify and resolve challenges they encounter, and escalate issues as needed.
Participate in problem solving with systems analyses, data interpretations, written recommendations, to ensure an optimal level of performance of customer operations.
Actively support Nalco Water technology and innovations to specific customers to promote long-term professional relationships with Nalco Water.
This position is based near Marseille ideally and requires frequent visits to customers. A driving license is mandatory
