What’s In It For You
We support you on your way: during the Program you will go through 4 rotations with real responsibility tailored to you as the perfect basis for your career in both, B2B sales and leadership. You will be accompanied by mentors and training sessions so that you can grow in the best possible way. Every rotation is filled with 6 months of practical experience in various assignments across Europe.
You’ll get the chance to join a dynamic, ambitious sales team tasked with delivering business growth, innovation, and value to our customers across the company.

What You Will Do
Build Knowledge and perform on:
Leading and managing business reviews at customer and corporate level
Proactively planning and negotiating contract renewal, and helping us to deliver on our pricing strategies
Partnering with and coaching field employees to ensure initiatives are implemented
Developing new businesses winning new customers, negotiating, and closing new deals within the industry
Producing and presenting customer proposals including organizing trials that demonstrate our ability to deliver our promises
Leveraging Innovation and business development within market segments
Your Profile
A positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectations
Master’s degree/MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
First work experience in B2B sales
Driving license and willingness to travel regularly around Europe
Fluency in English
