SDRs are responsible for outreaching activities on target accounts with a focus on identifying prospects, engaging them, converting them into leads, securing a qualification meeting for the sales team and ultimately generating new sales opportunities and revenue.
The territory of the SDR will BE the United States but the position is based in Paris where our centralized SDR team is located. Your work will therefore need to BE planned so that mornings in France are dedicated to research and preparation and afternoons to engaging prospects.
Responsibilities :
- Profile accounts within your territory- Identify and qualify target contacts (based on company target personas) within target accounts, using company tools (Sales Navigator/ Lusha/ ZoomInfo/ Web/ etc.)
- Build prospect lists in company CRM (Salesforce) with up to date contact details (email, phone, mobile)
- Maintain prospects lists (ex : track career moves)
- Outreach to prospects and manage inbound leads- Create campaigns/cadences/call strategies (emails/phone calls/linkedin) in collaboration with Account Executives and execute them using company tool (currently Salesloft)
- Define and continuously improve and adapt messaging leveraging teammates
- Conduct cold calls and position Cybervadis offering as much as required to secure initial meeting
- Maintaining an activity volume allowing you to grow pipeline and achieve your targets
- Schedule qualified discovery calls / initial meetings for Account Executives and you- Get prospects to agree on a meeting
- Attend meetings and manage the relationship with prospects until the relationship is handed over to the Account Executive
- Meet or exceed your quota of qualified meetings
- Continuously train and learn- Develop and maintain knowledge of the CyberVadis solution
- Do calling sessions with other SDRs to collect feedback and improve pitch/approach
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with other SDRs to share experience and success and learn from each other
- Report results to manager
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation or telemarketing (also looking for more experience candidates)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential, oral and written, as you will focus on prospecting customers in the United States
- Strong phone presence and ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
