Territory Manager TMTT

Commercial

Drives business and serves as main point of contact within own business unit for assigned customer's base
Builds and maintains trusted partnerships between EW TMTT and defined list of centers (ICs, pharmacists) utilizing deep therapy knowledge, influencing & negotiation skills to define value added programs as well as convey the value of the TMTT portfolio and strategy
Is an expert on the TMTT therapy, portfolio, process and latest clinical data and can apply it in a way that brings value & elevates credibility
Ability to set a bold long-term vision for each account, develops deep customer knowledge to understand needs, builds a plan accordingly and provides proactive solutions to HCPs
Develops and closes new business opportunities (site opening) with accounts and identifies areas of improvement by completing stakeholder mapping to meet commercial targets while developing and executing short-term region plan to achieve region objectives

Clinical

Support device preparation, table set up and troubleshooting techniques incl. basic echo interpretations
Seeks to understand patient outcomes at centers and escalates when relevant support / training / proctor needs are required
Throughout commercial procedures, provide physicians and medical staff with required follow-up support to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome.
Ability to articulate the value of the therapy to work against undertreatment of patients

Experience and Soft Skills

Patient centric, commercial experience, in the med tech market, ideally structural heart, with a premium product portfolio
Energize customers to focus on what is possible when working in partnership with Edwards Lifesciences
Maintains passion and enthusiasm for delivering results and demonstrates a sense of urgency
Follows up, post customer interaction and get things done with speed and efficacy
Continuously learn and improve your knowledge and skills to be the best you can be
Adhere to all company rules and requirements incl. flawless execution of FCAs, product complaints or any quality related topic
