Our partner, a manufacturer and reseller of IP telephony equipment headquartered in Berlin, is recruiting a Technical Account Manager based in Marseille or Bordeaux on a Full Remote basis.

In constant collaboration with platform publishers, the future employee's role will be to participate in the development of the best communication solutions. In collaboration with renowned technology partners while transforming products into commercial value for customers.

MISSIONS :

Support partners with technical questions (level 3) on our Helpdesk platform.

Integration and management of new key accounts (technology partners and service providers), with full technical responsibility.

Integrate phones and headsets into partners' automated provisioning solution.

Organize technical training - both online and in the classroom.

Develop customized features and solutions for your customers.

Work closely with your colleagues in the Customer Success team and with our Sales team based in France to identify potential new customers and strengthen existing partnerships.

As a persuasive stakeholder in the Scrum framework, you create user stories for your customers and bring them to the top of the backlog.

Profil recherché

You have a degree in computer science, engineering or similar, or you have extensive technical experience in technical support, pre-sales and/or account management.

Fluent English essential for this position.

You have a very good knowledge of SIP / VoIP protocols, IP networks (voice, data) and IP telephony architectures. You are a good listener and are able to understand the customer's business model and challenges. You are familiar with Windows, Mac or Linux OS.

Salary: 55-60K depending on profile and experience, variable, meal voucher.
