ð The Sales Team you could join
Who are we?
Following our fundraising in 2021, we want to develop further our sales team and, in this context, we are looking for a driven Business Developer to support the identification of business opportunities, contribute to the development of key partnerships and to develop and manage along time our sales assets which are key drivers of our sales and go-to-market efficiency.
Your role in the team
As a Business Development Manager, you :
- Identify and drive all necessary actions to develop and extend our network and awareness within the accounts targeted in the vertical
- Contribute to the mapping of accounts and development of account strategy to identify new leads and opportunities of business for Ekimetrics
- Support the go-to-market strategy for the vertical
- Support and/or drive preparation of client meetings and related decks and sales speech
- Be force of proposition and drive related actions to generate new leads and opportunities for the vertical
- For existing accounts :
o   Identify upsell opportunities
o   Support preparation of slide decks for proposals
- Support to RFP and proposal delivery
In coordination with Partners in lead and the Head of Sales, you will also be responsible for the development of one of our strategic partnership. For that you will ensure notably :
- Drive all necessary actions to develop and extend our network and awareness of Ekimetrics’ value proposition and differentiators within the partner organization,
- Identify new leads and opportunities for business for Ekimetrics
- Drive set-up and animation of Partnership Business Reviews internally to track and review progress on the development of the partnership
- Drive the definition and implementation of the strategy and related KPIs to be achieved
You will be expected as well to contribute to the follow-up activities:
- Participation to events and conference to showcase Ekimetrics value proposition and capture potential new leads, and contribute supporting marketing team in events organization
- Contribution to the organization and animation of internal sales meetings and sales communication
- You will be expected to work with the Solutions and other teams internally to ensure that you have a good understanding of Ekimetrics’ solutions and value proposition.
- You should be able to provide regularly constructive and valuable feedback to the Solutions team and the sales team on the adequation between Ekimetrics’ solutions and our client and market needs.
If you are :
- Graduate of an engineering or business school you have at least 3 years of experience in a position of sales or business developer or equivalent
- You should be persuasive and have strong business acumen
- You behave as a Presales’ Game-changer, with strong impact on outbound deals and strong leadership on customer relationship
- Good communicator is part of your personality
- Like all members of our teams, you are passionate about tech / data and want to participate in the development of a major player in this field
- You are organized and proactive
- You are fluent in English and French
