As part of the acquisition team, the Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for driving several strategic accounts of the agency on several levers (SEA, Paid Social, Display) and responsible for the good performance of accounts and the customer relationship.

Missions

You establish the most appropriate multi-lever strategy according to the business objectives of each client and define the process of operational implementation.

You work in pairs with Junior Account Managers on each them and train them daily.

You participate in the growth of the Acquisition division by developing new tools, challenging existing methodologies and training junior profiles.

Multi-lever key account management

– Main point of contact between the customer and the management of the account

– Reflection on the multi-lever strategy according to the clients’ business objectives

– Analysis and optimization of existing tools

– Account development: realization and presentation of recommendations to clients

– Implementation of recommendations in pairs with Junior Account Managers

– Challenge existing reports and dashboards

– Reporting and presentation of the results to the customers

– Organization of meetings with the customer and tripartite meetings with Google / Bing / Facebook

Team management

– Management of the pairs on the accounts

– Animation of the trainings

– Monitoring on the new markets and knowledge sharing with the team

Developing acquisition division

– Participate to the tenders: account audit; presentation

– Develop the internal tools: dashboards etc

– Collaborate with SEO, Customer Management team

Qualifications:

Native level fluency in Dutch or Flemish Fluency in English and/or French 2 years experience in SEA campaign management ideally in agency Excellent knowledge of Google Ads/Bing Ads You have an excellent knowledge of the digital market and are comfortable with multi-lever issues and attribution. Clear understanding of paid search, e-commerce and digital marketing. You are familiar with Excel and Google Analytics. You have a sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) You like team work Pro-active team player and able to work autonomously.
