Key responsibilities


In order to support our fast-growing business, we are looking for a Strategic Account Manager with experience to develop positive relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and collaborators, while supporting incoming demands and identifying new opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Product Development, R&D / IT,etc) to improve the entire customer experience and retention rates.



Identify, qualify, train, assist with requests, support, follow-up, engage with existing clients
Analyze the business and conduct deep dive analysis; provide routine executive-level reporting on the current EGW client activity and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
Assist internal partners to inspire change, remove roadblocks, and close business.
Take initiative to find out business blockers or improvement area, as well as work with internal teams to continually improve client experience
Advocate on behalf of clients and other external collaborators to influence product roadmap : features and functionalities.
Recruit, coach, and grow a highly performing team
Establish clear retention goals and process landmarks for the client and the team to work toward
Strategically plan the management of the accounts with each member of the team
Own and drive the overall achievement of your team book of business critical metrics (growth and renewals)
Collaborate internally with Customer Experience, Sales, Product, Finance and Operations
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives

You have



5+ years relevant experience with a proven track record in account management preferably in Asset Management. FinTech commercial / Tier 1 client service roles is a plus
A strong academic background (Master's degree from a reputable Engineering or Business school)
Great Interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools)
Demonstrated ability to manage projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation

A fast learner and enjoys technology
Fluent In French, English, a third language is a plus
Empathetic and care about your team and customers
Proactive and a real problem solver (we love creative solutions)
