Under the direct supervision of an Operational and Administrative Officer and within a team of 8 people, you will provide sales support, monitor the operational implementation of the offers sold by the sales representatives and contribute to the development of simple additional sales.

To ensure the proper operational implementation of the offers, you will BE in close contact with the sales representatives and the various internal departments as well as the operational departments of our industry partners specializing in interventional cardiology. Ensure the operational deployment of the offers sold (guide and technical documents, receipt of documents/artworks, transmission of information internally, follow-up with the customer upstream and on-site, etc.)

Your missions :

- Carry out commercial and administrative sales follow-up (creation of quotes, invoicing and payments, contracts verifications)

- Ensure the additional sale of simple products

- Analyze and edit performance reports for clients

- Update commercial materials (partnership guides, commercial offers section of the website, terms & conditions, etc.)

- Carry out budget monitoring in conjunction with the Sales Administration and Accounting department
