Job Description

The Assistant Account Manager will assist those responsible for the development and revenue potential of a community of travel agents on the Southern Europe markets (Italy & Spain). The Assistant Account Manager will work closely with the Account Managers and Account Development Leader to realize their goals as well as have ownership of their own projects and processes.

The responsiblities of the Assistant Account Manager will be supporting the Sales team in their following responsibilites;

Account Management
Improving agent’s performances:

Audit Agencies
Roll Out Evaneos Travel Suit

Helping the agency to develop:

Onboarding new agents/agencies

Drive activity:

Traveller Satisfaction Monitoring

Managing requests:

Request Flow Check

Fill in weekly/monthly reports monitoring and data analysis

Preferred Experience

Students eligible for a 6 to 12 month internship. To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in both verbal and written Italian and Spanish. No other language is necessary but English and French are spoken in the office so a basic understanding or willingness to learn is appreciated.

It's a bonus if you're passionate about travel, open-minded, autonomous, pragmatic, analytical, and results-oriented.
