About the Role

Exterity is recruiting a Pre-Sales Engineer to work with the Central Europe Region Sales Team and provide technical assistance in the region for our IPTV and signage products.

Main duties include:

Supporting the sales team to reply to tenders by using your technical expertise to provide advice and support.

Carry out product demonstrations and training.Provide technical expertise and support for our products.Occasionally it may be necessary to assist the central support team and the customer to debug and troubleshoot any problems faced during the installation process.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking or related field.Interest in IP networking solutions/Digital AV technology.Interest in Digital video technologies and Audio-Visual equipment and video over networks.May have previous experience in a pre-sales engineer position, within the AV and/or IT industry.Interest in creating innovative technical solutions.Desire to solve customer problems.Excellent written/verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage and priorities own work load.Patience, commitment and a desire to learn.

As Pre-Sales Engineer you will have the following:

Possess good references.Valid European driving license and own carMust be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in Europe and the ability to travel across Central Europe.Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing -French, German and English.

The successful candidate must be based within commuting distance of the Exterity Europe office based in Reims.
