We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager under unlimited contract to join our team!
Our MATERI’ACT activity is looking for is based in Lyon.
The position will report to the Sales & program director, and functionnaly to the Engineering director.
Integrated within the Sales & Programs organization of the MATERI'ACT division, the Customer Technical Support Manager is reporting to Sales and Program director.
His/her main mission is to provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers on the deployment of polymer products. This role involves working closely with the sales team to ensure the success of new and existing polymer deployment projects, as well as developing and implementing technical training programs for the sales team and customers.
Ideal candidate:
- Master's degree in engineering or in business administration
- Ideally 5 - 10 years of professional experience in Engineering or Manufacturing in Automotive sector (car manufacturer/Tier)
- Established personal relationship with one or two OEMs within the relevant markets
- Has knowledge or experience working with R&D team and sales teams
- Ability to communicate, customer relationship management & negotiation, good communication & presentation skills,
- Accountable & results oriented, team player
- International mindset
- English is mandatory
