Are you our new Account Manager?

Your mission, should you accept it, is to convert our most promising customers into Key Accounts with strong relationships at strategic level, different entry points, proactive action plans and a growing business.

What’s the job about

After a successful era of mostly business development, we are nowwriting a new chapter of our history by developing our Key Account Management strategy. This position has both operational and stragic dimensions:

Operationnal (70%)

Transform our high potential customers into long-term strategic partners. Identify and prospect decision-makers within these organisations to extend our presence and secure relationship over time. Build a genuine web of relations based on our customers’ digital and UX objectives. Carry out end to end sales from needs detection to deal closing.

Strategic (30%)

Define and deliver our key account management strategy. Help the team upskill to deal with complex sales. Gather in-depth customer feedback to feed our global strategy. Yes, we're not kidding about research ;) Proactively influence our organisation and business model to deliver hiher-value services.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

What we expect from you

You have proven track records in B2B sales with key accounts, ideally within a digital agency or within a consulting firm and a passion for innovative tech-based services. You are able to demonstrate how you can create durable relationships with your customers while engaging with new contacts. Ideally, you’ve already experimented working remotely. You’re comfortable communicating both on the phone and in face-to-face situations. You can express yourself in proper French and English, both orally and in written language.

Start date: ASAP

Please ignore the Paris mention: you can live where you want provided you can organise to meet customers on a regular basis. Our experience is that it means being able to travel from wherever you live to Paris 2-4 times a month and works best with journeys under 3 hours.

What are the next steps?

Scouting interview: meet & greet over the phone for 30 minutes. Second interview: tell us about your know-how over the phone again for 30 minutes. Meet up and interview with Ferpection team for 2-3h face-to-face or visio. Practical exercises Final debrief together and hopefully the beginning of a beautiful collaboration :)
