As Sales Manager your missions will be to:
Coordinate the client acquisition strategy for named accounts on a worldwide level and close multiyear licensing deals. Sales: to coordinate with our delocalized key account managers and partners that will accelerate your client acquisition strategy. As part of this mission, you will be in charge of feeding your key account manager and partners with business opportunity that may eventually be the basis for client success cases; Marketing: in order to determine the best marketing approach to engage our target accounts through their domestic or international branches (Account based marketing, client success stories, PR, field events…; Operations: to ensure the proper adequation between Finalcad current organization and client servicing needs; R&D: to regularly issue new markets needs that would enhance our product roadmap and to provide with market updates that would feed our M@A strategy; Finance and legal: to properly report on your activity and / or any issue significant event that may occur to you.We are looking for sales talents with strong focus on results, who are capable to pilot a complex sales process (12-18 months as a consultant).
Skills required:
You have 5+ years of experience as Sales Manager You have good interpersonal skills. You feel at ease to discuss with different interlocutors from construction supervisor to the CEO/CIO/Members of the board. You are sensitive to the new technologies You are fluent in English Self-employment and you have experience with social networks (LinkedIn, Zoom, Slack etc…) You ideally have a good knowledge of field trades (Construction, Industry, Oil&Gas, IT infrastructure deployment…) This job requires to travel up to 2 days a week.Duration of the process: around 3 weeks
