INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL & SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS MANAGER (M/F)

Reporting to the Vice President Commercial Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness & Congress Management, you will develop insights analysis/analytical thinking to improve strategic decision-making and providing support to our subsidiaries in the CCO (Chief Commercial Office) Organization.
· You will follow up the performance of your portfolio within the CCO Region on a monthly basis (sales analysis, market position, environment…) in coordination with the marketing teams and the countries management.
· You will analyse and understand the main business deviations.
· You will use the data available (internal sales, external data, activity, etc.) to deliver insights.
· You will participate in the production of medium-term market forecasts.
· You will be part of the validation of new business opportunities by analysing the assumptions, drivers of P&Ls & investigate product launch opportunities.
· You will participate into the competitive intelligence and market analysis.
· You will provide operational & commercial support for specific project in the subsidiaries, being their first point of contact at the international level: coordination of projects, share expertise to contribute to build local & regional strategy
· You will be the commercial interface with the different departments of the CCO Organization (Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, Market Intelligence…) at international & Market units’ level.
· You will participate in international Marketing meetings.
Scientific or Business Degree level education with a sales background.
You will have more than 5 years’ experience as business analyst, key account manager or product manager in the health industry, preferably in the hospital and/or clinical environment. International experience would be a real plus.
Professional (software and languages) and personal skills:
· You demonstrate a good understanding of business issues and the identification of performance levers.
· Rigorous and proactive, you are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills. Solution oriented.

· You enjoy challenges in an international environment and are available to travel frequently in our subsidiaries.
· You master the software of the Office pack, more particularly Excel (search formula V, database cross-referencing).
· You demonstrate an appetite for new tools.
· You are fluent in English (written and oral), a second EU language is a plus.
