The Team
Our sustainability start-up team consists of five passionate people who engage in everything from calculating our clients’ carbon footprints to the brainwork of benchmarking markets and customers. Other than the team lead, the team includes a very experienced force as well as an associate and two newly hired business-oriented profiles who are being trained on this solution which we will provide for / sell to our clients.
The Solution
This Salesforce solution connects natively with most company apps, and Salesforce is the best partner in this market for this. The solution requires very little development. Data goes into the platform automatically, and it calculates carbon footprints, and carbon-benchmarks our clients against their competitors. It also has an AI tool that can make a trajectory of how changes undertaken by clients affect their carbon footprints.
Unique Value Proposition
Salesforce is, of course, certified on the solution, and has data from companies all over the world readily available to benchmark our clients against other companies. We will therefore be able to tell our clients how they are doing on carbon emissions in comparison with their competitors. Also, Salesforce does not have many partners for this.
Go to market
We will address the market by benchmarking it and recruiting the best people. We work with Onidex - a Salesforce pure player - who will help us in the beginning. At the same time, we will implement the solution ourselves with the Fujitsu France sustainability team. With Salesforce, will we share a pipeline of six accounts to sell this solution to.
Your role
Your role as the team’s Sustainability Sales Consultant will be - as our business profile – to package the offer - which is on the shelf - and to sell the system. To do this effectively, you need to have knowledge of the business and Salesforce. Your new position may also eventually involve marketing efforts.
It will be a trajectory mission, so you will be our strong strategic consultant, able to run a consultancy project and create and deliver a good speech about this solution - more than painting a dream to the client. This means that it is no ordinary sales position - rather, you will bring your experience to the team and train the team, making them believe in the project, so a strong business acumen is necessary.
