Who You are:



The Strategic Key Accounts Executive is a self-driver who takes ownership and is responsible for generating revenue by developing custom solutions with Getty Images’ products and services which leads to increased market share and penetration through their existing client base
You will be comfortable with strong sales targets and account opportunity development
This role develops a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, and maintains a strong, long-lasting customer relationship
You will play a pivotal role in client negotiations, pricing agreements and relationship development
You will work closely with peers internally to ensure consistency in account planning activities, customer service standards and achievement of revenue goals
Long term relationship development experience and maintenance is crucial
You must be fluent in both written and verbal French and English



Your Next Challenge:



Identify high potential revenue opportunities through market and customer profiling
Develop new business revenue streams as it relates to all Getty Images products and services
Follow up on customer service issues as appropriate; fulfils management reporting requirements; mentors other sales employees
Work in collaboration with sales partners and colleagues in other segments/departments to define and implement account strategies and analysis where appropriate
Prioritise all activities to maintain a balanced pipeline of deals
Negotiate subscription renewals & seek new revenue opportunities from within the existing customer portfolio
Develop and maximise outbound proactive sales methods including customer-facing sales presentations, phone sales, teleconference presentations and client briefings at trade shows, sponsor presentations and industry events.
Early understanding of new end client relationships with agencies to support more specific pitches
Leverage cross-functional relationships to get work done efficiently.
Adopt a strong obligation to care and a positive and proactive approach to problem solving
Develop industry knowledge across your account base
Discover local marketing and PR opportunities and present back to management and cross-functional departments, as well as participate in the execution
Discover and engage in speaker opportunities and expertly present Getty Images
Proactively develop new business revenue streams in selling Getty’s editorial & creative products and services



What You'll Need:



C-level/Procurement negotiation experience - experience cultivating these relationships and confidently negotiating enterprise level solutions
Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward
Experience in selling multiple products in one solution with a collaborative approach to problem solving and objection handling
Confidence to adapt your approach and try new ways of working to respond to market changes and customer challenges
Growth mindset to open new doors and budgets, and present new ideas to customers
Ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies together with management
Proven ability to balance multiple account priorities
Proven pipeline management closing and forecasting skills
Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools and Salesforce CRM
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills
Ability to use industry experience and have a wealth of industry contacts
Fluency in written and verbal French and English language is essential
