We are looking for French native speaker:
BDM ( BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ) IT MULTINATIONAL COMPANY / JUNIPER EXTERNAL BDM (PARIS)
Provide Juniper portfolio management & Juniper sales engagement to resellers. Understand Solution Practice strategy & goals. Achieve revenue and reseller coverage goals.
This role will be reporting to Juniper Product Manager / Vendor Director Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· French Native speaker + Business level of English (B2, C1, C2)
· +2 Years of experience as BDM (Business Development Manager) or External Sales executive in IT sector
· Knowledge of networking and communications technology (Juniper, Networking, Cloud, etc.).
· Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management. Sales negotiation skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES :
Sales
Identify and establish new customer accounts (e.g., call dormant accounts, cold call, obtain leads from vendors)Maintain and grow business with existing accountsSupport internal sales in managing account administrationConsult with customers in selling and supporting Westcon products and servicesPrepare partner plans and execute directlyIdentify cross selling opportunities within company products and services portfolioCustomer Support
Keep customers up-to-date with product-related informationCoordinate with training, marketing, business development, and product management to effectively support the customerEstablish productive vendor relations to ensure quality of service to customersBusiness Management
Maintain up-to-date profiles on accounts showing revenue projects and quotasGain general understanding of customer business and strategic plans as they relate to company products and servicesMaintain relevant account information on CRM.Monitor performance of allocated accounts and identify areas of opportunityProvide support in sales presentations, products demonstrations, customer training, and solution deliveryConsult with appropriate internal resources for guidance and support in serving customersProvide & manage forecasts into Sales ManagementWork at customer sites as part of engagement strategyAttend customer meetings as required, including any additional company support as required ie: PresalesAdministrative/Self Development
Ensure forecasts are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare business development plans for account set.Attend relevant internal and external product trainingMeet all reporting deadlines with accuracy (e.g., call reporting, pipeline reporting, etc).WE OFFER:
