YOUR ROLE WILL BE :
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management and execution of the go-to-market and business development activities in support of Hivebrite’s growth plan for the UK & EMEA region. Specifically, these activities will include: creating and implementing a go-to-market plan for the region, defining marketing and demand generation programs, building partnerships and customer relationships, creating sales opportunities with outbound lead generation and partnering with sales to drive opportunities to wins.
YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE:
Own the 2021 Business Development Plan for UK & EMEA: Develop a solid understanding of Hivebrite’s capabilities for the region, key use cases served, competitive landscape and high-level governmental regulations Create a compelling go-to-market plan that includes an analysis of addressable market, market segmentation, named account lists and demand generation plan Identify buyer personas and titles, develop key messages to support outbound targeting activities specific to each stakeholder Work closely with: product team / product marketing to learn of upcoming features and value drivers; marketing to develop outreach plan and awareness campaigns to support demand generation and prospecting activities; operations team to drive tech stack, define metrics to measure and report progress on plan execution; Regional Account Executive’s to build and drive local strategies Establish an account-based marketing model with a focus on prioritizing select accounts Develop SDR/BDR scripts, pitch decks, value proposition materials needed to support prospecting conversations Outbound Demand Generation: Drive pipeline activation activities with the support of marketing and SDR services Develop relationships with existing customers to create referral opportunities Attend industry events and trade association meetings Cultivate, structure and grow strategic partnerships with key ecosystem companies and early adopter partners to create meaningful impact and measurable value Prospecting & Sales: Execute outreach programs to build a steady pipeline of outbound qualified leads Conduct product demonstrations and discussions with business and IT leaders, influencers, and decision-makers at prospect companies to advance leads to early stage sales opportunities Work alongside partnership opportunities that help drive partner-enabled and influenced customer leads Partner closely with sales team members to develop account strategy and close plan for opportunities in the pipeline, participate in evaluation and commercial negotiation processYOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:
Amazing seller: A 5+ year track record of overachievement in quota-carrying sales roles, with both a natural understanding of the sales process and have participated in formal sales training(s) SaaS: Experience or knowledge of working within a B2B SaaS environment Authentic: You bring your real self to work, love building human relationships and bring that passion to your daily life at work Evangelist: Strong believer in our mission, with a drive to make yourself, Hivebrite, and our customers successful Intelligent: You’re a quick thinker, are financially and legally literate, and are able to handle unexpected questions and new situations with aplomb Autonomous & Entrepreneurial: Self-directed, and comfortable working in an autonomous (you will be the first German speaker in our sales team), dynamic, start-up environment. You have a strong desire to be a part of building something special Traveller: You’re OK with visiting prospects in the EMEA region.
