We're looking for an Account Executive to help us build productive and trusted relationships with some of the world's most prestigious organisations. The right candidate will have 5-8 years of SAAS solution sales experience. They will demonstrate proven ability to prospect, generate pipeline, manage a strategic enterprise sales cycles and achieve results. The ability to sell into all levels of an organization and build executive relationships is a core requirement. The role is focused on the generation of net-new business with some management of existing strategic clients. Whilst based in our London office you will report to Sales Director, Enterprise Sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build value-based relationships with existing customers and prospects to uncover upsells and net-new opportunities, by educating customers on the impact Social has on their corporate digital strategy Produce net-new funnel through outbound prospecting efforts, including industry and social media events Accurately forecast quarterly opportunities on a weekly cadence, with goal of meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue targets Create strategic account plans to be communicated across internal selling team and to help gain buy in from customers and prospects for future growth Own a deal from start to finish, including successfully negotiation of legal and procurement processes Develop relationships with Hootsuite partners and sell through a value-based model WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
5-8 years sales experience (minimum of 3 years in saas or software environment) Consistent track record of hitting quota Experience prospecting (without assistance from SDR) Experience leading an internal team through the sales cycle (presales, partners, executive sponsors, customer success,etc.) Experience selling with Partners and collaborating to address the needs of the client Value-driven sales approach (as opposed to product/feature led) Experience crafting sales strategies for your vertical/territory and building/executing on your account plans/territory plans. Experience closing 6 figure deals (minimum 1-2 per year, ~100k+) Experience engaging and transacting with senior level executives in marketing, sales, IT, customer service, etc.. Accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitments Customer Focus: demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers to meet their needs Negotiation: successfully obtains commitment to a solution or idea, while maintaining integrity and relationships Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs Perseverance: pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish—doesn't give up Priority Setting: focuses time/energy on the most important issues/opportunities. Clearly understand how to assess the importance of tasks and decisions Problem Solving: uses an organized and logical approach to find solutions to complex problems. Looks beyond the obvious to understand the root cause of problems WHO YOU ARE:
