PART-TIME COMMERCIAL LAWYER NEEDED - TECHNOLOGY COMPANY IN PARIS

We're working with an innovative technology business based in Paris who are seeking a commercial lawyer for a contract position until the end of the year. This can accommodate part-time (circa 3 days per week)

The role involves reviewing and drafting general commercial contracts in both English and French (including sponsorship, affiliate and B2B agreements). You may also be involved in approving marketing materials such as website banners and digital advertisements. The role is highly autonomous and an interesting opportunity to work closely with the business.

The successful candidate will need a background in French law with commercial contracts experience gained in either within a regarded law firm or gained in-house within the technology industry. You must be fluent in both English and French, and have the right to work in France. This role would be well-suited to a lawyer with at least 2 years relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate would be immediately available.
