At IDEXX we are passionate about animal health. As part of our continuous growth and the expansion of our European operations, we are looking for a Sales Trainer working across the France. You will develop, implement and maintain a training curriculum for our field- and internal Sales teams. Being an experienced trainer or with your Sales background you will be at the forefront of growing our business though successful training of our people.

What you’ll do

On a daily basis You will design training agendas for classroom trainings and support, develop online educational webinars. To achieve a top level of consultative selling you will work very closely with Sales Managers to evaluate individual but also team performance.

Your main responsibilities could also include:

Identify performance gaps and provide recommendations to Managers coach and support your stakeholders to overcome these identified barriers. Collaborating closely with Marketing by providing relevant market information and act as an advisor in the implementation process of marketing programs.

After a successful year you would have played a big part in the achievement of our strategic plan, we need to reach more customers in a more systematic and impactful way. You would have done this by actively providing our sales teams tools, training and the ability to execute our strategy.

Higher level educated and prior experience in a role as described above. Self-confident with strong influencing skills without regard for positional authority Fluent in English Being experienced in inspirational consultative selling and presenting in an effective way. Having a veterinary or medical background will definitely help you understand the business and therefore be a huge advantage Being flexibly oriented, able to travel and able maintain an autonomous working style.
