Tasks Responsible for managing technical Pre-Sales activities and developing business opportunities with potential customers Provide high quality product presentations/demos and appropriate technical proposals Support our Sales Team with technical requests during the sales process and help to manage POCs successfully Provide ongoing technical support for customers during integration and testing process Attend meetings with new customers to determine technical and business requirements Act as trusted advisor for our customers regarding their demands on our product or possibilities of adjustments or integrations Work closely with our Sales and IT department to ensure smooth customer onboarding Qualifications Professional experience in Pre-Sales, Sales, Technical Account Management or related field First experience in implementing complex software systems Professional, customer oriented appearance and strong problem-solving competency Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate with different stakeholders Outstanding IT affinity and quick familiarisation with our innovative products Openness to adapt in a fast-pacing start-up environment Fluency in French and English, preferably also in German Willingness to travel on a regular basis We offer Attractive performance-based salary package Employment in a strong, expanding company with experienced an highly motivated colleagues Further development options by assuming additional responsibility Activities in international markets with innovative new products Start-up spirit: flat hierarchies, relaxed and direct approach with a high degree of professionalismWe look forward to receiving your compelling application with a possible start date and salary expectations.
