Informatica is currently looking for an intern with experience in Marketing and more specifically in CRM to join our team in Paris.

Job Summary

Drive the improvement of data quality in our CRM (Salesforce) in coordination with the whole French sales team (13 sales rep and 2 sales managers).

Leverage this to increase digital marketing efficiency by improving data segmentation to drive attendees during major Informatica marketing evenst in collaboration with the marketing team in Paris.

As a CRM Data Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the impact of marketing events by improving data quality for both accounts and contacts. In the role of CRM Data Manager, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Working as the CRM Data Manager you must have strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Technology You’ll Use

Not a technical job at all but you will have to manage Salesforce and Excel at an extensive level.

Key Clients/Customers

You will work closely with the entire sales team that includes Major Account Managers who manage very large and complex accounts and Territory Account Managers who manage enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Do

Understand the way the CRM system is built. Diagnose with each Sales Rep the quality of the data currently in Salesforce for both accounts and contacts. Set up the required changes based on this observation to get a smart representation of those accounts in Salesforce. Drive the execution of the changes. In collaboration with the marketing team, leverage this improvement to drive attendees for main marketing events in France.

Key Essentials

You will have to be very organized as you will have to manage complex tasks with very large amounts of information. You will need strong communication skills as you will have to interact with different people (sales, marketing, operations, etc). You will have to be adaptive in order manage different challenges.
