Job Requirements

We are looking for sports-passionate Media Sales and Operations Manager to join our Media Sales team in Paris, as soon as possible.

Your main tasks

Contribute to Media sales and operations activities related to the media rights portfolio managed by Infront in France and Africa

Scout new clients and prospects in selected markets

Client main contact point for various administrative/technical Media operations tasks (competitions schedules, accreditations, invoicing, etc.)

Analyze market trends, competitors and viewing figures to provide compelling arguments for media sales negotiations

Contribute to Infront Group cross-selling activities

Manage administrative tasks of the media sales and operations department, including contracts and clients through Company’s tools, e.g. CRM, planning, budgeting and reporting processes

Contribute to internal and external reporting activities

Draft presentations aimed at promoting Infront’s media rights portfolio and technical services to be offered to the market

Support in the further growth of Infront's portfolio, by supporting pitches for new rights and responding to tenders (in close coordination with relevant rights-in / business development unit(s))

Your profile

At least 3-5 years working in sports rights and media

Advanced education (university degree in business administration, law or similar)

Extensive understanding of the media landscape in France and beyond and a proven working relationship with several broadcasters, agencies and/or sports governing bodies

You have a track record of generating sales and delivering revenue (incl. managing different contracts)

You are experienced in handling broadcast clients operationally and have sales & operations skills

You enjoy teamwork and can work under pressure with tight deadlines

You have strong communication skills and can draft presentations and reports

You have a sound understanding of sports economics and the media industry
