Responsibilities :Manage inbound leads for assigned territory or industrySet up qualification calls, identify potential prospects, scope business opportunitiesClose new business to deliver and exceed sales goalsClearly and effectively present iObeya story and value propositionDeliver high-level product sales demonstrationsTake a consultative sales approach that focuses on understanding, analyzing and solving customer challenges and delivering valuePassionately support the success of our customers from first contact through deploymentRepresent iObeya at trade shows and conferencesGenerate new leads through outbound prospecting (direct mail, InMail, social media, etc)Actively work with the Marketing team to build and follow-up on lead generation campaignsRigorously manage sales administration and forecasting, including regular use of CRM (Salesforce)Required skills include : 3+ years of experience in sales in the B2B software sector or the IT sectorFluent in French and EnglishExperience managing complex sales cycles, including discovery, objection handling, negotiation, contract reviews, procurement, and closingStrong oral and written communications skills using phone, email and web conferencingEntrepreneurial attitude, self-driven personality, flexible, hard working, creative with high quality standardsWilling to operate in a non-traditional sales compensation structure that emphasizes team achievements over individual performanceAdditional valued skills:Knowledge of Lean Management, Visual Management, or AgileIn-depth understanding of a target vertical (e.g. Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Tech, Healthcare...)Position to be filled immediately at iObeya's offices in Massy (91300), France.Please submit your application (motivation letter and CV) to ------------------------------Obeya is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a safe and equitable working environment.
