Job Description
To lead the growth of the company’s international customers portofolio, ISOTROPIX FRANCE is looking for a Business Developer to work in its headquarters based in Montpellier, France.
Reporting to your Sales Team Lead, you will be in charge of organizing world wide roadshows working in pair with a Technical Artist. You’ll be in charge of the presales preparation and post sales support in your dedicated geographic zone.
You will also drive, manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers as well as resellers. You will need to be highly confident, articulated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment combined with a tenacious appetite for developing new business and building relationships.
Missions
Commercial prospection and Coordination of prospection toursArrange business meetings with prospective clients (studios, schools...) or during events (tradeshows and user groups…) and organize demonstration tours with technical artists. You will be in charge of achieving the company's sales objectives in concert with the rest of the sales team.Promote the company ’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ needs.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.Reporting : Ensure both commercial and administrative follow-up of his activity sector.
Responsible for introducing customers to the latest features and functionality of existing and new products, including implementing and managing the resources to assist with the integration of these products within existing customer workflows.Initiate and ensure satisfaction of product implementation, support, and licensing, leading to the renewals of annual maintenance agreements. You will be clearly in charge of these renewal of annual maintenance.Have the authority and discretion to organize after-sales tours with all resources you believe to be necessary.Takes part to sales and marketing meetings and be proactive on product offers and on communication supports.Requirements :
English : perfect professional proficiency.Any other language is a plus.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience in selling software a plusProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environmentHistory of success in customer serviceExceptional communication skills both written and verbalDatabase management experienceDetailed oriented and organizedAbility to prioritize and work with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and ability to manage own timeMust have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving recordType d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI
