Pre Sales Account Manager Global Accounts (Meeting Room Solution Specialist)

You are among the first of your kind in GN. We are a young team, still in the growing phase, there is nothing as of yet set in stone. This gives you a ton of freedom and creativity to define your own workday.


We are hiring 6 Pre Sales Account Managers. You will be working together from time to time, sharing knowledge and sparring on specific projects. Each Pre Sales Account Manager will be independently in charge of their own specific subregion within Europe:



East, preferably in Warsaw area
North (Scandinavia), preferably Copenhagen or Stockholm area
Benelux, preferably Amsterdam area
DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), preferably between Munich and Salzburg.
Whole EMEA & CALA region for key customers, preferably one of the cities above or Paris or London area

We would prefer that you live within the country, which you are overseeing, but there is no requirement that you live in the cities as such, as this role is also well suited to working from home, but requires ability for office visits in one of the named cities.


International tech-virtuoso
With a high focus on room solutions (Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms) You are the go-to technical expert within your region. Whether assisting customers, who are at their wits end about a product or solution, or helping our sales teams prepare for proof-of-concept demonstrations, you are the guy with the answers. Furthermore, you can expect to be:



evaluating Jabra Sales Hub content and provide feedback
reviewing customer experiences and requirements, including with regards to features/functionality with third-party products, applications and solutions
defining best practice uses for all Jabra Collaboration solutions.
Carrying back customer needs and feedback for future innovations

You should expect possibly upwards of 50% travel time, as you travel within Europe, as well as occasionally to Central- and South America.

Prowess over pedigree


We are looking for experience more so than education. An educational background in tech, IT or electronics is a plus, but not a requirement. Working experience, however, is something that we would prefer seeing. Therefore, it is extremely advantageous, if you have previously worked in: 



IT-service, system integration or technical support
Technical sales, especially with regards to consumer electronics and video
Customer support, especially with regards to consumer electronics and video.
Detailed technical knowledge about AV room systems is mandatory
Practical experience with the setup of meeting rooms and room systems highly appreciated

English language proficiency is a requirement for all regions. Additionally, local language of the country is a requirement all the regions.
