Responsible for a non-journal sales target your work will contribute to the success of the Research and Learning Institutional Sales team. Working with many of our globally significant librarian customers, you will help shape their portfolio to best serve the needs of their researchers.
How you will make an impact:
Conduct research into what drives the institutions financially and in their research direction, paired with analysis of our own data to identify gaps in their content provision.
Building and nurturing relationships with key customers you will be part of our global drive to present Wiley as the place to publish research.
We are looking for people who:
Have a pro-active, energetic approach to seeking out new sales whilst consolidating and growing our existing business.
Have experience of using data to identify prospects and opportunities through systems such as Power BI will really help, as will knowledge of our CRM software Salesforce.
Are comfortable presenting online and in person, the ideal candidate will have an awareness of the value selling method and be an advocate of partnering with key customers to nurture and grow together.
Have fluency in French and a good level of English are essential.
