Missions :

Rattachée au Key Account Directeur, l’Account Manager est en charge:

De la faisabilité des projets

De la réalisation des devis grâce à des outils digitaux internes.

Du suivi des clients existants

De la prospection de nouveaux clients et de leur croissance

De la relation commerciale en collaboration avec le Key Account Director

Profil recherché :

Sensibilité aux études de marché

Bon sens commercial

Gout pour la prospection, le challenge et l'atteinte des résultats

Très bonne organisation et autonomie

Attentif aux détails, précis et organisé

Respect des process

Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes en même temps

Bon communicant

Gout pour l'univers du digital

Anglais pratiqué

We are looking to bring on board a bright and creative business development professional with the skill set to win and delight (new) clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Maintain and grow Lightspeeds leadership position in the Enterprise market in France Carrying shared account responsibility for existing and new to win clients. Developing the sales pipeline and delivering new business from both existing and prospective clients and driving strategy to maximize business opportunities. Driving double digit YOY Net Sales growth by proactively building a better book of business that focuses on ‘fewer, bigger, better’ clients Identifying client’s needs, problems and goals and solution-oriented in your offering. On top you are a excellent listener and a escalation point for clients. You proactively introduce new and illuminating ways of working that enable yourself and your team to be even more successful in a fast changing landscape You work with other Lightspeed and Kantar teams to address key industry challenges and to identify and deliver on key vertical propositions. You are able to present complex bids, making commercial decisions and representing Lightspeed in field e.g. presenting at conferences. Proactively build networks that improve business relationships within Kantar and across the wider industry as a whole You know how to prospect and reach your goals You will be in charge of all project lifecycle ( feasibly, quote and invoicing processes)
