The recently created Life Sciences division, offering dedicated programs for effective cleaning and disinfection to the Pharmaceutical and Personal Care Industry, is creating a new position and is looking for an Inside Sales Life Science, Europe West (France and Benelux), located in France.

Reporting to the Regional Division Manager Europe West, this exciting opportunity will suit a candidate with at least 3 years sales experience in Inside sales position who can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering results, retaining and growing business in previous roles ideally within the Pharmaceutical and Personal care industries. The Inside Sales will focus on customer acquisition and dedicated customer development within his defined scope,
provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.
This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Generates revenue by soliciting customers as per defined scope and prospects, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information and developing accounts.
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, and Closes new accounts by answering telephone, e-mail, web leads inquiries
Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items and explaining technical features
Building Business pipeline
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Establish efficient communication with Sales team members and internal functions to meet customers’ needs
Maintaining database (Microsoft Dynamics) accurately of prospective and client information
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Harmonizing pricing on his customers base as per Price list guidance, especially to prepare e-commerce implementation
Understand the industry specific regulatory and quality requirements, anticipate and address the customer's needs
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of professional experience in sales (preferably in the life science industry). In addition, a Scientific background is desirable.
Ability to understand and apply market intelligence, product and industry knowledge to sales strategy
Strong commercial acumen, good understanding of profitability drivers
Ability to sell value, strong communication and presentation skills
Organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently with strong work ethic and integrity
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) especially with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics will be a plus)
Strong French and English language skills in spoken and written due to territories to cover (France, Belgium and Netherlands)
Valid driver’s license.
