[WANTED] In order to support the company’s significant growth, we are looking for a talented & enthusiastic Business Developer based in London to join our UK team and have the opportunity to be into the heart of the FinTech revolution.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic person, willing to learn, who enjoys working in a team and very customer-oriented.
Selling at Lemon Way requires experience in B2B business development.
As Business Developer UK, directly reporting to the Country Manager, you will:
Contribute to identify the target accounts in market verticals;Qualify prospects and follow up leads using our CRM tool;Participate in events;Elaborate account plans;Develop different approaches to contact and cold-call potential clients;Have structured face-to-face meetings and produce relevant reports;Coordinate and leverage different departments in the company;Turn leads into profitable customers;Build long-term customer relationships.ABOUT YOU

Desired Skills
You have a good knowledge of the UK market in payments, FinTechs, and one of the target market verticals (Alternative Finance, Charities, Marketplaces).You understand consultative sales, by first gaining deep knowledge of the prospect’s business model, needs and pain points, before proposing smart value proposals;You are a real team player with a deep sense of collaboration but also are comfortable working autonomously.You are commercially and results driven. You are not afraid to over achieve challenges ... nothing stops you!You take on full responsibility to execute the sales cycle from plan to close.Client-oriented, you are proactive, creative and problem solver.You have good communication and analytical skills and thrive to become the client’s trusted advisor;You enjoy evolving in a multicultural environment and you are totally fluent in English (French is an asset).Experience
