We are now looking for a Vice President of Sales for France with a responsibility to manage and expand our great local sales team based in Paris. In this role, you will lead and continue to grow our high performing sales team at the Paris sales hub.

The ideal candidate has proven skills in SaaS sales within marketing automation and communication in the French market. You must be an analytical and structured sales leader with a passion for delivering exceptional sales results within new sales. You are comfortable working in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization with individual empowerment and accountability. You are also passionate about creating excellent customer relationships, have unique leadership qualities and an interest in working with cutting edge digital marketing and communication software.

What will you do?

Lead all sales and business development efforts in France with end to end responsibility for growing P&L of the French market Have a target to secure the company's French market growth and continued profitability Develop local sales strategies and tactical plans Provide hands-on sales leadership for the French sales team; leading the team from the front by closing new deals and coaching the team Create strong and long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs Drive customer satisfaction, advocacy and loyalty; be the voice of French customers Demonstrate how Liana's market-leading digital marketing solutions can help to meet prospective customers business objectives and justify sale with quantifiable ROI Create sales forecasts and analyze existing data via sales CRM Collaborate with Global Sales Leadership colleagues to share best practices and knowledge sharing on successful approaches to the local French market Recruit, hire and onboard new and talented sales professionals Follow market trends as well as monitor and communicate on a competitive market landscape in France

You will also...

Work in collaboration with Global Sales Leadership to implement sales programs and tactics to drive new customer wins and growth across different market verticals Lead and work in close cooperation with local Account and Sales Managers and support them in their daily work Visit local and global fairs and other events and be the company's face out to French market and key customers Maintain professional and technical knowledge by partaking Liana´s employee training programs Collaborate with dedicated local French marketing manager regarding events, lead generation, content and other areas of localized marketing activities

What do you have?

At least 8+ years of relevant sales experience, with 4+ years in B2B SaaS Previous experience from digital marketing and/or communication domain Native in French and fluent in English languages Strong track record from B2B SaaS sales by consistently closed deals and exceed revenue targets Experience from solution sales by working with the C-suite and marketing professionals within the French market Thought leadership within martech domain from the French market Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively Excellent leadership qualities: the ability to observe, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback Ability to be flexible and adaptive The positive attitude that spreads by itself Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Results-focus, team-oriented and a strong work ethic Self-sufficient with social skills and backed up with raw energy, experience and can-do attitude
