We are currently looking for a Commercial and Merchandising Manager France. As a Commercial and Merchandising Manager France you will report to the Country Manager France and you will be responsible for ensuring a good level of our brand identity in order to stimulate our regional KPIs. Thanks to your leadership skills you will train and accompany the RR and the stores in making them autonomous when it comes to the product, collection, merchandising, … And this always in line with our style and the position of our brand.

Mission:
As a Commercial and Merchandising Manager France, you are in charge of respecting the commercial and visual policies throughout your network. You will be responsible of the following tasks:

TRAIN / ADVICE / PILOT / RECRUIT

Collaborate with the VIM in the field of developing the commercial skills as well as the use of tools Creating training sessions for the stores and institutes + follow up on the alignment of the skills in stores, which are considered to be a priority Detect the potentials and tackle this in partnership with the RR Join the responsible trainers, institutes of merchandising + VIM Plan, organize, pilot the opening days and the reopening of stores (training, …) Validate the choice of the persons in charge according to the merchandising COMMUNICATE

Transmit seasonal signature styles and the spirit of the collections to the stores and to the RR Report about the reality in stores to the Country Manager Report on regular basis to different services (RR / CM / stock / commercial / Marketing / …) Setting up merchandising tools for the stores and the RR Weekly meeting with the VIM (action plan of the week, status, …) OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS

Analysis of the figures in France (regarding stocks, sales amount per section and stores) with concrete action plans in line with the Country Manager Analysis of the Sales and make proposition to adapt this to the Stock Follow up on the performances in the stores, analysis of the statistics of the sales, detect bugs and take action to solve them Analysis of end seasonal performances in stores in order to optimize the upcoming season Exchange best practices with several countries BUSINESS, COORDINATION AND COMPETITORS

Follow up of the local stores, 2-3 times a week, with regular visits to the point of sales Animation of the VIM performance tools: detect specific needs of salesforce and solution propositions Implementation of specific operations in collaboration with several services: VIM zone, marketing, stores, …. Notably during special operations (capsules, store openings, collab, …) Set up benchmark studies and multichannels (in store – online) : (new) trends, concepts, price policies, … = files about direct competitors MARKETING

Regular update of the retroplanning of Marketing to great performances of stores in France + locally. Update with Marketing to exchange needs Seeking for solutions in order to optimize the collections in stores and develop the turnover Retroplanning of commercial operations : communication and internal follow up of events within different departments Adaptation regarding the past and new challenge of the season Communication and follow up of operations with the point of sales (animation, discounts, challenges, …) Analyze CRM and client returns on the market Your profile: You have excellent verbal and written skills in French as well as in English You master the suite MS Office You already have a strong commercial and managerial experience in the fashion industry You are product-oriented with great analytical and commercial skills You are a born communicator, autonomous, organized and responsible You are a team player and you stand up for your ideas Our offer:
