Do you want to contribute to shape the future of the next Tech revolution ? We are hiring a Growth and Business Development Manager for our Connected Watch Business Unit.
He/she will own to develop a roadmap of partnerships and collabs, to drive a plan to animate our sport communities, and own customer acquisition and growth of the topline of the business unit. To that regard, he/she will working closely with our markets and channels. He/she will report directly to the Managing Director of the Connected Watch Business Unit.
Scope of work:
1. Business Development:
Partnership Roadmaps : Based on customer intimacy, propose a roadmap of strategic partnerships and collabs to develop the business, increase visibility of our products in adjacent ecosystems, build and follow-up on the execution of those partnerships.
2. Business Performance:
Help drive customer acquisition with the following initiatives:
Growth coordination : Within Connected Watch, be the point of contact for our stakeholders to drive business growth.
Performance analysis: Deep dive on performance of our top pillars, markets, channels (awareness channels, performance marketing, e-commerce, CRM, social media, …), pinpoint opportunities for higher performance, and prioritize your efforts to bring performance of critical metrics for the business to their best potential.
Goal settings and Drive: Define or set metrics to follow-up (when not already defined) and drive a plan with stakeholders from global teams (marketing, sales, channels, markets) to reach those goals for the Connected Watch part of their business. This aspect is largely influential as the Business Growth Director will have to manage transversally, co-create and secure prioritization of this plan within stakeholders’ roadmap.
Growth recommendations: Be creative in proposing additional opportunities to boost sales and meet yearly ambitious
The successful candidate will have a blend of strong ownership and drive, analytical skills, communication skills, and influential skills.
Profil
Basic qualifications
10+ years demonstrable experience in Growth, Business Development, or Customer Retention
Preferably in high tech or emerging products
Excellent analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to identify top impact priorities
Strong resilience and capacity to influence transversally
Strong customer obsession and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Engineering or Business school preferred. MBA appreciated.
Proficiency with analytics tools
Think strategically whilst staying on top of tactical execution.
