To develop and maintain strong, profitable and long-term client relationships To support the Key Account Manager in terms of preparing service and rate proposals, pricing inquiries, tender preparations and submission and monitoring of client performance versus targets To coordinate and participate in client meetings and negotiations as required To manage and respond to pricing, service and general information inquiries in a timely and accurate manner To be independently responsible for rate negotiations in main trade lanes To prepare client presentations and service proposals Be an integral part of the sales team helping to manage all client related initiatives Assist and work with the Key Account Manager in preparing and managing the flow of market data and pricing analysis On request, to coordinate general administrative work, including data input, travel arrangements, client event planning, filing demands, visit planning, etcWe are looking for
