As part of its vision to offer the best experience in the DIY e-commerce space for both customers and sellers, ManoMano has launched Mano Fulfillment, a warehousing and fulfillment service already implanted in France, Spain and Italy.
Our objective is to grow our fulfillment volume, opening it in all our markets to help our sellers access our European markets in one click.
As a Senior Fulfillment Account Manager France, you will manage the business relationship with some of our partners and will be responsible for driving the sales done through our Fulfillment solution.
Your missions :
Manage your portfolio and make it grow fast with our logistics solution
Negotiate with sellers to increase their assortment on ManoFulfillment as well and follow our stock recommendation,
Follow closely the performance indicators to optimize the sales,
Prepare and deliver Weekly and Monthly business reviews regarding progress and state of health for your key accounts,
Train and coach sellers on how to use the different tools offered by ManoFulfillment, to make them fully autonomous on the solution,
Proactively build joint business plans,
Act as a point of escalation for seller issues, questions, or concerns.
Build long term ManoFulfillment solution, being the voice of ManoFulfillment Sellers :
Develop processes to support account management at scale (communication, webinar, …),
Build scalable processes to make Account Management more efficient
Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities on the fulfillment solution,
Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
Profile Requirements
Top Engineering or Business School with at least 3 years experience, in the e-commerce industry,
Efficient in Excel with very strong analytical skills required, SQL is a plus,
Good level of project management, ability to work with legal, product, and other internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements,
Strong business judgment and negotiation skills,
Autonomous, business driven, strong rigor,
Curious and passionate about innovation in Ecommerce/Marketplace,
Fluency in English and French.
