Your role :

You will join our Global Strategic Accounts Scientific Team, and you will be primarily focus on accelerating our presence on biology portfolioat specific accounts, from early stage to late Phase development.

You will engage and interface with customers, end users, lab managers, and department heads, to develop account-specific strategies with a strong emphasis on building an opportunity pipeline and its conversion in additional sales. You will be responsible for achieving defined financial targets.

To support customer needs, you will build partnerships with internal stakeholders to prepare business cases that address customer specific needs. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, in particular with the local Account Managers to drive in scientific collaboration & technical account sales, and you will influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

You will have ability to identify solutions, present analysis, findings, and recommendation to internal audiences including at the executive level.

You will manage multiple challenges simultaneously with a high degree of independence.

Field based position, with frequent travel to pharmaceutical accounts across Western Europe.

Who you are :


Degree in the life sciences (Master, or PhD preferred, in Biology /Chemistry or equivalent) with 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical environment, with demonstrated track record of success in developing strategy and working in a sales organization Very good understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D workflow A highly developed technical / scientific skills matched with acute business acumen and sales-driven mindset Strong leadership, project management, strategic thinker and business development skills coupled with the ability to work with global and remote teams Able to establish network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry F luent in English and also ideally in French.
