Based in Paris, France and reporting to the CEO, this is a high profile role in a high performing company focused on building the largest global gay community of travelers.

Key missions :
Build an effective sales plan that includes proven strategies for tackling Property Management Systems (PMS), Outgoing and incoming sales Identify and test ideas to monetize further the misterb&b community Manage misterb&b sales team (experiences, ads sale) Position role :
Identify potential PMS partners, cold calling, on the phone, over email, and in person Responsible for the entire sales process including prospecting, appointment setting, presenting, follow up, and closing deals Create and deliver sales presentations (powerpoints, webinars) to key decision makers in targeted accounts Organize and conduct introduction webinars and training program to property managers Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals Account managing the integration of 3rd party software providers and sales channels Monitor competition to analyze market trends Suggest improvements to sales strategies (PMS, experiences, ad sales, …) Ensure client satisfaction with the end goal of targeting negative churn. You have at least 2+ years of relevant experience You have an experience with PMS or a very good knowledge of short term rental industry You are not afraid to try out new approaches which might fail Enjoy a fast-paced startup environment and are a “startup-person”: hands-on, proactive, sees their role as more than just a job, you do not hesitate to get your hands dirty and do whatever necessary to ensure success, you to take the ball and run with it while providing relevant check-ins with stakeholders You know how to speak up and to use facts and figures to support your opinion You speak fluent French and English You have already managed a team is a plus About misterb&b
