Job description ️
MoovOne, one of the greatest hits in the HR Tech industry is going international! After achieving high performance in France with more than 200 global clients, 10,000 participants all over the world with an average rating of 98% of our digital coaching solution.
Our uniqueness is to design digital coaching programs for large companies, using our expertise and knowledge in coaching, L&D programs and digital experience.
Those programs are usually targeted to a specific population like Managers, Key-People or Experts, and are made to develop new abilities and soft-skills using one-to-one or group coaching sessions, immersive learning and assessment tools.
Our main initiative for 2020 is to structure and scale our expansion in Europe.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager BENELUX - SWITZERLAND that will expand our sales pipeline, structure our sales acquisition model and grow the sales revenue by 2.5x.
Under the direct responsibility of the CEO, you will develop our activities in Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The position will be accountable for the sales strategy within the targeted countries to meet our expansion goals and coordinating with our marketing, growth, operations & client success teams to reach pipeline & new business targets.
You are a highly skilled sales manager within the B2B SaaS domain, or with a significant experience in HR tech, having managed sales process end-to-end and shown your ability to earn the trust of your clients.
Main Missions
Structure and test a sales strategy to reach targets.Develop a profitable & scalable sales process across our different target segments (SMB>1K employees & enterprise).Accountable for pipeline generation & new sales.
Reporting & performance analysis in coordination with the founders.
Work on tactical plans to hit monthly & quarterly targets.
Partnering closely with Marketing, Product and Client Success Partners.
Our perfect fit
6+ years sales XP in SaaS environment targeting from mid-market to enterprise accounts or with an HR Tech product.Track record of sales team by 2x+.Deep understanding of the entire sales funnel and cycles.Data driven & process-oriented.
Experience in using SalesForce or similar CRM and willing to test new processes if need be.
Fast learner.
Native English or fluent.
Proven track record of sustained target achievement.
