All our products are customisable via a photorealistic, real-time 3D customisation tool. With this tool, MYCS is not only revolutionising e-commerce but is also turning the furniture market upside-down. MYCS has been expanding rapidly since its launch in 2015. YOUR TASKS
You assist and accompany customers using our design tools to create customized furniture
You welcome our visitors and guide them through the showroom
You present our products and offers for modular and made-to-measure solutions
You support our Showroom Team with advising customers and proposal preparation
You communicate the features and functions of our website, our design process to the customer if questions occur
You support the local team with administrative and organisational tasks
You schedule appointments with customers and interior designers for special consultation
You help customers to fill in the custom contact form to gather information for custom projects
YOUR PROFILE
You have a keen interest in furniture, design and interior design
You possess basic knowledge in sales and consultation
You exhibit a high degree of accuracy and diligence as well as a quick perception
You are willing to work Saturdays
You demonstrate excellent French language skills (fluent) and proficient in English
You display good presentation skills and no problem with openly approaching clients
