Job Summary


Overview


The South EMEA Sales Operations Program Manager is based in Paris and serves as the sales operations business partner to the SEMEA leadership. This is a pivotal role, responsible for supporting the sales teams in their day to day operations and spearheading initiatives that drive sales performance and productivity improvements to optimize revenues. The role is an individual contributor reporting to the EMEA Sales Partnering and Enablement leader with dotted line to the SEMEA leader. The focus is 80% partnering and 20% analysis, a balance achieved through the use of automated management information and leveraging centralized operations capabilities.

Job Requirements


Responsibilities

Business Partner to drive sales operational excellence Drive sales opportunity funnel to ensure quality, governance, volume and velocity. Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying and executing on opportunities for sales process enhancements, collaborating with key internal stakeholders. Own key transactional operational processes ensuring prompt responses to sales. Enable sales accessibility to management information core to their roles utilizing automated solutions, where possible. Ensure sales training needs are fulfilled, working with training partners to ensure a right fit for the personnel Be the conduit for sales related questions to ensure sales focus is kept on the customer. Partner with global & EMEA sales operations to align on sales processes and implement all Geo and EMEA initiatives Partner with finance to ensure compliance with booking rules. Partner with Sales and Finance on fiscal year planning. Deliver global and geographic transformation initiatives into SEMEA Drive regular bi-weekly funnel reviews across all teams. Enforce sales motions disciplines Facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.


Background


The Right FIt

Self-starter, problem solver and can-do approach A relevant Bachelor’s degree coupled with 5 of experience in sales operations/sales/business operations in a fast-paced environment Solid communication skills and experience at communicating at all levels of seniority. Strong finance, mathematical and analytical ability required Knowledge of Tableau and OBIE would be beneficial Prior experience in IT services industry desired Fluency in English and French to business standards required, extra languages would be advantageous given the breadth of countries covered. A cool head when under pressure, combined with a passion for excellence. Able to balance competing priorities in high pressure environment
